Rates are quoted per night or per week.

We provide for you:

  • Fully equipped kitchen, including dishware, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, mixer, electric skillet, baking dishes
  • All linens, including bath linens, bed sheets, comforters, blankets, and kitchen towels
  • Quality mattresses and pillows for your restful enjoyment
  • A clean and tidy home for 6-8 people
  • Rocking chairs on porch
  • Gas BBQ grill
  • A restful haven for your vacation
You provide:  
  • Your favorite pillow, books, music
  • Leaving home as neat as when you arrived
  • Care of property and furnishings while renting
  • Keeping grounds free of clutter due to your activities
  • Being considerate of neighbors - noise travels in the quiet mountains
  • Having the best time while visiting!!
When your stay is over:
  • Strip all beds of sheets and pillowcases
  • Start the washer with a load of sheets or towels
  • Wash all dishes and return to cabinets
  • Clean out the refrigerator
  • Turn off all appliances, electronics and ceiling fans
  • Close blinds
  • Close and lock all doors and windows, double lock every door
  • Gather trash, including bathroom trash cans and take it with you (There is a $50 charge for trash left on site due to cleanup needed from animals ransacking trash bags)
  • Leave heat on in the winter at 55 and in summer leave AC on at 80
Policies of Interest:
  • We regret that pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • No smoking is tolerated in the home under any circumstances.
  • Smoking may be enjoyed outside on the deck at any time. Be mindful of the fire hazard and please use ashtrays at all times, never tossing your smoking item onto the grounds
